Q. We’re not concerned with accounting right now. Why should we look at ScoreKeyper?

ScoreKeyper has all the tools you’ll need to manage inventory, deliver vehicles and print out the paperwork. The accounting functionality is there too, but you don’t have to use it (you may want to later when you see how easy it is!)

Q. We’re thinking about using QuickBooks to handle the accounting. Does ScoreKeyper interface with QuickBooks?

No. ScoreKeyper has accounting functionality built in, without QuickBooks. No need for double-entry! Print your checks, reconcile your bank statements, pay your employees, deliver your vehicles, print out your paperwork and view your financial statements—all from one program!

Q. We are planning to have three or four computers. Will ScoreKeyper run on a network? Are there additional charges?

Yes, ScoreKeyper is ready to run on multiple computers or on a stand-alone computer. And no, there are no additional charges. Our motto here is “One product. One price.”

Q. What computers/printers will we need to buy?

Make sure each computer is running at least Windows XP or Vista. (Windows 7, 8 or 10 is recommended.) Each computer will need at least 4 gig of memory and a monitor with a screen resolution of at least 1280 x 1024. To print forms, an Okidata 320 Turbo is required. For printing inventory reports, etc. any inkjet or laserjet is fine.
